ARRIVAL
Our tours begin at the meeting point at the scheduled tour time. Therefore, we recommend guests to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the tour time.
If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you on another tour that same day, given availability.
No refunds will be issued to late arrivals – if you fail to show up for your tour on time, we still incur the same costs.

WHAT TO WEAR
Our tours operate rain or shine and regardless of temperature.
Wear appropriate clothing for the conditions.
Close footwear that is suitable for hiking on variable terrain is required. Avoid wearing loose clothing, such as ponchos, scarves, and excessively baggy clothing.
Due to the nature of the ride, we recommend that participants leave valuables such as jewelry and cell phones at safe place.

WEATHER CONDITIONS
Our zip line tour runs in all weather conditions, unless strong winds or lightning interfere with operational safety. The Course Guide on duty will determine tour cancellations, and guests may be notified at any time regarding cancellation. In the event of your tour being cancelled by the Zip Split, you will receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to postpone (or pause) a tour for up to one hour to wait out inclement weather and then resume normal operations

REQUIREMENTS

WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS
All participants must weigh between 30 and 110 kg (70 and 250 lbs).

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Please note that children must be at least 17 years of age to participate on a zipline tour without an adult. Our suggested minimum age is 10 years old.
However, everyone must meet our weight requirement.

PHYSICAL CONDITION
All participants must be in reasonably good physical condition,with the ability to pull yourself hand over hand along a cable (your weight is supported by a harness).
There are few very short hikes on maintained trails, but participants should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain.
Also remember that our tours last 2 to 3 hours.

MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
Guests with conditions that require fast acting medication, should bring their medication with them and make their guides aware of the condition prior to the start of the trip.
The Zip Split is located at mount Kozjak about 30 min drive from city center, so evacuation could be delayed.
If you have any concerns about your medical conditions, please consult your doctor before zipping.

Great views, great guides, amazing day! if I could give 6 stars I would! The zip line views are absolutely breathtaking from start to finish. The guides are such lovely people – very knowledgable (of the mountains and of Croatia in general), super funny, and made the whole group feel very safe the whole time. One lady in our group was a little bit scared so they gave her the option of riding in tandem with a guide. Such great value for money too – definitely do this if you are visiting Split

Great views, a lot of adrenaline and tons of fun To start of the guides were amazing and very chill people, always open for talks. I enjoyed learning about the are and about the zip linening for our driver and the two guides. All very down to earth people.As for the ziplinening itself. I never done it before, but folowing the guides instructions i had the time of my life. Every go was a burst of adrenaline. Also, between ziplines we had little treks with some of the most stunning views. 10/10 reccomend. Cheers to the 2 lovely instructors, we will probably return in the future for a second go at it😁

These guys are true professionals, they are super friendly, you can tandem ride with them if you’re really nervous which my wife was. Brilliant day This experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional and made us feel safe. The views over split were fabulous… its a great way to spend a few hours. A few helpful notes: They provide an appropriate back pack for your phone and light valuables. The terrain is quite uneven walking between the zips so trainers/hiking boots are a must.
